“EXPERIENCE counts in the country and when you do the right thing by your clients they become your best supporters,” said Ross Squire Homes general manager Steve Grehan.

Ross Squire Homes has specialised in framed construction in Western Australia for more than 37 years and has built an enviable reputation when it comes to building in regional areas.

“We are proud of our reputation,” Mr Grehan said.

“Word spreads fast in small country towns, the fact we have been building homes in rural Western Australia for nearly 40 years must say something about who we are as a business.”

Ross Squire Homes began in 1981, building homes across Australia and New Zealand before deciding to concentrate on building quality homes in rural areas of WA, becoming the largest supplier and builder of site-built framed homes.

“We wanted to focus our efforts on supplying the best product we could with minimum fuss,” Mr Grehan said.

“We believe in not taking short cuts and doing the job right.”

The staff at Ross Squire Homes build more than just quality homes.

“Generally, you will find our sales consultants continue to visit clients after handover has occurred because they often build great relationships together,” Mr Grehan said.

“We don’t believe in passing our clients from department to department, where things can get lost or misinterpreted.”

Ross Squire Homes offers a large range of quality designs with generously sized rooms and well thoughout, practical layouts.

Mr Grehan said the building industry had seen the introduction of many new products to the market.

“Clients have a greater choice when it comes to customising a home to suit their needs,” he said.

“We have a loyal trade base, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years.

“Our site supervisors are very experienced and have a wealth of building knowledge and use only quality materials from reputable suppliers.”

Several new display homes are planned for the near future at Manjimup and at the Greenmount Display Centre, incorporating new and exciting products.

“We are about to launch a new range of products that will be quite different from what we usually build, so it will be exciting to see how they go,” Mr Grehan said.

The company’s hard work and practical approach surpasses client expectations.

“We are particularly proud of every home we build and have received numerous industry awards,” Mr Grehan said.

“Winning an Australian design award for our unique construction method was a particularly rewarding moment for us.”

Whether it be a coastal beach home, hills hideaway or station homestead, the experienced and knowledgeable team at Ross Squire Homes can help.

Ross Squire Homes has a range of display homes open for viewing each week at two separate locations.
