Having your home fully built by Ross Squire Homes is our most popular option, but did you know that unlike most other builders in Western Australia, we also offer you the option to have your home built to lock up, or as a framed kit home for owner builders?

Fully Built – Fuss free from start to finish

Having your home fully built is one of our most popular building option. The Ross Squire Homes Team will manage the building process – from obtaining planning approval, to the build of your home and internal fitment for you.

Built to Lock Up – Freedom to finish your home your way

Building to lock up stage gives you the freedom to finish your home just the way you envisioned it. You may wish to purchase a Finishing Pack from us, which conveniently contains everything needed to complete the inside of your home, or you may choose your own fixtures and fittings to suit your style and budget.

Cost saving

Having your timber or steel framed home Built to Lock Up may keep costs down. If you know trades – such as an electrician, plumber or tiler (or are good mates with one), then completing the house yourself may lower costs. Additionally, you can save in labour costs by fixing the plasterboard and carpentry yourself.

Structural guarantee

Building your home to Lock Up Stage, provides you the peace of mind that a Registered Builder built the structural elements of your home. All construction work completed by Ross Squire Homes is covered by our six month maintenance period and six year structural guarantee.

Framed Kit Homes – For owner builders

Prefer to build your own kit home? All our designs - even custom designs, are also available as timber or steel framed kit homes. You can choose to purchase a Ross Squire Homes Finishing Pack to complete your home, or source your own fixtures and fittings to suit your style and requirements.
